"!!!DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!!! Was a customer for 15 years with statefarm in multiple states and this agent ruined that for me. She's only in the office 15 hours a week 9am-12pm and WILL NOT call you back. They constantly had information wrong even when I was calling 3 times a week to correct THEIR mistakes. They would then charge me policy changes for fixing their mistakes. I had to tell them 3 times over two years that my husband is not my brother... They could NEVER get our names correct on the policy no matter how much I called, so I'm sure that would've been an issue in an emergency situation. They also turned my auto payment off (ONLY AGENTS CAN DO) and never let me know about it so then they hit me with late fees and a massive bill. So for your mind and wallets sake !!!DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!!! Responding back to the agent's reply comment: Since this is our first time speaking directly to one another this was 10,000% my experience plus more I didn't even mention... and yeah I'm not going to sign papers with incorrectly spelled names.. no matter how many times I TRIED TO FIX the names... NOTHING was untrue in my review and it was your own staff who told me your working hours were 9Am-12pm... literally. The girl on the phone said that's why you couldn't ever call people back... Unfortunately you and your team dropped the ball, nothing was ever in good faith, it was just try to bill me more and more. Christy has served me and my mom (until she passed recently) for 15 YEARS, without any issues and always treated us with such warmth and kindness, as well as her staff.
